Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the TRU Multimedia Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website and services.

1. Services Description

TRU Multimedia Studio provides professional services including but not limited to:

  • Commercial photography and videography
  • Event photography and videography
  • Real estate photography and walkthroughs
  • Product photography
  • Graphic design and branding
  • Video editing and post-production
  • Drone photography and videography
  • Other multimedia services as agreed upon

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/Debit card payment
  • Digital payment platforms
  • Cash (for local transactions)

A deposit is typically required to book services. Final payment must be received before delivery of final products. Late payments may result in project delays.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements:

  • Project details and scope must be clearly defined
  • Deposit payment is required to secure booking
  • Booking is confirmed upon deposit receipt

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation 30+ days before service: Full refund of deposit
  • Cancellation 14-30 days before service: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before service: No refund
  • Rescheduling is available subject to availability

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, designs, photographs, and videos created by TRU Multimedia Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

License Grant:

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered materials for the agreed-upon purposes.

Portfolio Use:

We reserve the right to use images and videos from completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed. Client branding will be credited.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding project requirements and location
  • Ensure access to locations at scheduled times
  • Obtain necessary permissions and permits for photography/videography
  • Provide any required releases from individuals appearing in content
  • Respect intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRU MULTIMEDIA STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Third-party claims or damages
  • Equipment or technical failures beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in question.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, client satisfaction, or results. Quality and preferences are subjective.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

8. Revisions and Changes

The number of revision rounds included in services is specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be charged at our standard rates.

Significant changes to project scope after booking may require renegotiation of pricing and timeline.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project details, pricing, and business information not publicly available. This obligation remains in effect even after project completion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through:

  1. Direct negotiation and discussion
  2. Mediation by a mutually agreed third party
  3. Arbitration if mediation fails

12. Website Use Guidelines

You agree not to use our website for:

  • Illegal activities or purposes
  • Harassment or defamation
  • Unauthorized access or hacking
  • Spam or malicious code
  • Infringement of intellectual property
  • Violation of third-party rights

13. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel projects, or terminate relationships with clients who violate these terms or engage in unethical behavior. Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

14. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
